全程护理干预对预防酒依赖病人复饮的效果观察

摘    要:目的]探讨全程护理干预对预防酒依赖病人复饮的作用。方法]将97例住院酒依赖病人随机分为观察组和对照组。两组病人均接受常规治疗与护理,观察组在此基础上配对选择至少一位与病人生活关系密切的家属,由责任护士对病人及家属进行院内和院外护理干预,为期2年。对照组仅接受常规医疗服务,不进行特别干预。并于入院时、出院后1年、出院后2年分别采用家庭关怀度指数问卷(Family—APGAR)、密西根酒精依赖调查量表(MAST)进行评定。结果]出院1年、2年观察组Fami-ly—APGAR评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),MAST评分均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论]全程护理干预对预防酒依赖病人复饮有一定作用。

Abstract:Objective: To probe into the effect of full range of nursing intervention to prevent alcohol dependence patients from re-drinking. Methods: A total of 97 alcohol dependence inpatients were divided into test and control group randomly. Routine treatment and nursing care were given to all cases of the two groups. Additionally, patients in test group were matched to select at least one of relatives imitate with patients and nursing interventions inside and outside of hospital were carried out for patients and their relatives by primary nurses for two years. All cases were evaluated by filling out Family-APGAR and MAST on their admission, 1 year and 2 years after discharged respectively. Results: In terms of Family-APGAR scores, patients of test group at 1 and 2 year after discharged were much higher than that of control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). However,MAST scores of test group patients were much lower than that of control group cases (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Full range of nursing intervention is effective to prevent re-drinking of alcohol dependence inpatients to a certain degree.
