| 摘 要： | 目的 通过观察消化系统肿瘤患者舌苔脱落细胞EGFR表达及其唾液中EGF含量 ,研究EGF与消化系肿瘤患者舌苔变化之间的关系。方法 用EGFRSABC免疫组化染色观察舌苔脱落细胞EGFR表达 ,用放射免疫测定 (RIA)法检测唾液中EGF的浓度。结果 在各舌苔组中 ,EGFR表达情况和EGF含量以呈厚苔组明显高于其他各组 ,各组之间进行比较呈 :黄厚苔组 >白厚苔组 >薄黄苔组 >薄白苔组 >无苔组趋势。结论 消化系统肿瘤患者唾液EGF含量及其舌苔脱落细胞EGFR表达情况与舌苔改变有明显的相关性

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between EGF and tongue coating changes of patients with tumors of digestive system by observing the expression of tongue exfoliated cells and the content of saliva EGF. METHOD The expression of the tongue exfoliated cells was observed and radioimmunoassay was used to determine the concentration of EGF in the saliva. RESULT Among the different groups, the thick tongue coating group showed markedly higher expression of the tongue exfoliated cells and the content of EGF, this order from the highest to the lowest being: yellow thick tongue coating group > white thick tongue coating group > thin yellow tongue coating group > thin white tongue coating group > no tongue coating group. CONCLUSION The EGF content and the expression of tongue exfoliated cells of patients with tumors of the digestive system are markedly correlated with the changes in the tongue coating. |
