妊娠合并乙型肝炎病毒感染70例分析

目的探讨妊娠合并乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染对妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2008年1月间70例妊娠合并乙型肝炎病毒感染者的妊娠结局，并与同期正常者的妊娠结局比较。结果妊娠合并乙型肝炎病毒感染者早产、新生儿窒息、产后出血发生率分别为20．0％、19．1％和15．7％，均较同期对照组的10．0％、8．7％和1．8％显著增高，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。脐血经聚合酶链反应（PCR）扩增（HBV—DNA阳性）有32．9％母婴垂直传播。结论妊娠合并乙型肝炎病毒感染容易引起早产、新生儿窒息，产后出血及母婴垂直传播的发生。

Clinical analysis of 70 cases with Hepatitis B of pregnancy

Objective To explore the effect of pregnancy infection with Hepatitis B virus in pregnant women. Methods To analyzed retrospectively the outcome of pregnancy infection with Hepatitis B virus in 70 cases pregnant women from January 2005 to January 2008. With the same period in normal compared the pregnancy outcome. Results Pregnancy with hepatitis B virus infection in premature,newborn asphyxia, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage were 20.0% ,19.1% and 15.7% ,than the same period in the control group（ 10.0% ,8.7% and 1.8% ） was significantly higher,there were obvious difference between them（ P 〈0.05）. HBV -DNA was detected by Polymerase Chain Reaction （PCR） in cord blood, there were 32.9% HBV can be transmitted by vertical transmission. Conclusion Premature delivery, neonatal asphyxia, postpartum hemorrhage and vertical, transmission can be caused by pregnancy infection with Hepatitis B virus.
