341例真菌感染及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的通过对我院2005年341例真菌感染标本的病原菌感染及耐药性分析,指导临床有效治疗真菌感染。方法各种临床标本通过沙保弱培养基培养钔岛出真菌后,采用美国VITEK-AMS60全自动细菌分析仪YBC卡进行鉴定分析;药敏试验采用法国生物梅里埃公司的ATBFungus药敏试剂盒,分别测定氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素-B、氟康唑和伊曲康唑。结果白色念珠菌检出率最高,占65.10%;其次为热带念珠菌,占13.49%;近平滑念珠菌,占8.21%;光滑念珠菌,占7.62%。药敏试验结果耐药性由低到高依次为两性霉素-B、氟胞嘧啶、氟康唑、伊曲康唑。结论医院真菌感染应引起足够重视,加强耐药监测,为防治真菌感染及抗真菌药物合理使用提供理论依据。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the characteristic of fungus infection and the drug suscepetibility. Methods The 341 strains of fungus were cultured in Saborand medium and identified with VITEK- AMS60. Drug susceptibity test was performed by using ATB fungus susceptibility reagent box to determine the suscepitibility of Amphotericin-B, Fluconazole, Itraconazole and 5-Fluorocytosine. Results The strains of Candida albicans had the highest detection rate, accounting for 65.10% of all the isolates. Candida tropicalis accounted for 13.49% ,Candida parapsilosis accounted for 8.21%, and Candida glabrata accounted for 7.62% ;The resistance rate of antifugal agents from the lower lever to the higher level were Amphotericin-B, 5-Fluorocytosine, Fluconazole, Itraconazole. Conclusions The fungus infection should arouse great affention in hospital. The resistance and monitoring will provide scientific basis for rational use of medication against fungus and prevention of nosocomial infection of fungus.
