~(99m)T_c-MDP全身骨显像对转移性骨肿瘤的诊断价值(105例骨显像分析)

对105例恶性肿瘤患者进行了99mTc－MDP全身ECT骨显像（简称骨显像），其中19例同时进行了X线摄片及CT检查，以比较三者对骨转移瘤的诊断价值。结果显示，骨显像、X线摄片及CT诊断骨转移瘤的敏感度分别为70．5％、52．6％和57．9％，似然比分别为2、39、1．11和1．38。骨显像对胃肠道肿瘤、肺癌、鼻咽癌和乳癌的骨转移瘤敏感度分别为90．9％、77．4％、72．7％和35．7％，似然比分别为9．99、3．43、2．66和0．56。骨转移部位以脊柱和骨盆为多，均为60．8％。提示骨显像适用于骨转移瘤的诊断，其诊断价值高于X钱摄片及CT检查，尤其适用于胃肠道肿瘤、肺癌、鼻咽癌等骨转移瘤的诊断。

The Value of the ~(99m)T_c-MDP Serial Bone Scan in the Diagnosis of Bone Metastases

105 cases of patients with malignant tumor were examined using 99mTcMDP serial bone scan. Among them, 19 cases were examined by X-ray and CT simutaneously in order to compare their diagnostic values on bone metastasis. The senstivity to diagnosis bone metastasis by serial bone scan, X-ray and CT are 70. 5%, 52. 6% and 57. 9% respectively, likelihood rates are 2. 39, 1. 11 and 1. 38restectively. The sensitivity to diagnose bone metastasis by serial bone scan in gastrointestinal malignance, lung cancer nasopharyngeal carcinorma and breast cancer are 90. 9%, 77. 4%, 72. 7%, and 35. 7% respectively, the likelihood rates are 9.99, 3. 43, 2. 6 and 0. 56 respectively. Spine and pelvis are most frequentely involved with metastatic rate both are 6o. 8%. The data show that 99mTc-MDP serial bone scan is more suitabIe in the diagnosis of the bone metastasis and has higher diagnostic value than X-ray and CT, especially suitable for diagnosing the bone metastasis of the gastrointestinal malignance, lung cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma and so on.
