定性研究与定量研究相结合的方法在卫生领域中的应用

目的：探讨定性研究与定量研究相结合的方法的理论与哲学基础目的和方法，为定性研究与定量研究相结合的方法在卫生领域中的应用提供科学依据。方法：采用文献分析法对国内外大量研究进行归纳与总结。结果：随着社会科学研究的不断深入，定性与定量方法学之争逐渐缓和且涌现出越来越多的混合方法的研究，但是国内对于如何才能实现两者的真正结合、两者结合的哲学基础，尤其是将两者的结合具体应用于卫生领域中的研究较少。结论：定性与定量方法虽源自于不同的本体论、认识论和方法论，但两者以实用主义为哲学基础可以结合使用，并且未来的研究应该着力于系统研究两者在卫生领域不同分支中结合的方法。

Application of the Combination of Qualitative and Quantitative Research Methods in Social Science Field

Objective ： To explore the philosophical foundation, objectives and methods of mixing qualitative research paradigms with quanti- tative research paradigms, thus providing scientific basis for the application of the combination of qualitative research with quantitative research in the field of health. Methods ： By adopting documentary analysis, we summarize and sum up the practice of mixed methods on re. any domestic and overseas studies. Results： With intensive study on social sciences, the war between the two paradigms has been buffered and there emerge more and more studies on mixed methods, however, fewer studies are focused on how to mix them together in true sense and the philosophical founda- tion it bases on, not to mention, its application in the field of health. Conclusion： Although deriving from different ontology, epistemology and methodology, they can be mixed together based on the philosophical foundation pragmatism provides, and efforts should be made to study system- atically how to mix them in different branches of health.
