多排螺旋CT在儿童多发肾母细胞瘤中的临床应用价值

目的探讨多排螺旋CT在儿童多发肾母细胞瘤的CT诊断、术前评估及术后随访中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院14例多发肾母细胞瘤患儿的CT影像资料及临床资料。其中10例经手术、4例经穿刺活检病理证实。结果CT检查共检出35个病灶，右肾16个，左肾19个。其中双肾各单发1个病灶9例；左肾2个病灶、右肾正常2例；右肾1个病灶、左肾2个病灶1例；右肾3个病灶、左肾正常1例；右肾3个、左肾4个病灶1例。CT检查与临床及手术结果相一致。结论多排螺旋CT可明确显示肿瘤的位置、数量、大小、周围组织情况及有无远处转移，为多发肾母细胞瘤的术前评估提供重要依据，同时在术后的随访中也具有重要的临床意义。

Multi-detector-row CT diagnosis of multiple Wilms tumors in children

Objective To assess the value of multi-detector-row CT （MDCT） for diagnosis of multiple Wilms tumors in children. Methods The clinical records and CT of 14 children with pathologically proved multiple Wilms tumors were reviewed. Results Of 16 right- and 19 left-sided tumors, 18 （9 patients） were solitary tumors in bilateral kidneys, 4 （2 patients） were unilateral left-sided, 1 right- and 2 left-sided （1 patient）, 3 unilateral fight-sided （1 patient）, 3 right- and 4 left-sided （1 patient）. CT findings correlated well with pathological diagnosis. Conclusions MDCT can demonstrate the location, quantity and size of Wilms tumors as well as invasion of adjacent tissues and metastases.
