子宫颈癌患者血清IGF-Ⅱ、IL-8和Hcy检测的临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨子宫颈癌患者手术治疗前后血清IGF.II、IL-8和Hey检测的临床意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析和免疫化学法对33例子宫颈癌患者进行了手术治疗前后血清IGF-II、IL-8和Hey检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:子宫颈癌患者在手术治疗前血清IGF-II、IL.8和Hey水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P〈0.01)。手术治疗3个月后则与正常人组比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。血清IGF-Ⅱ水平与IL-8和Hey呈显著正相关(r=0.5786、0.6084,P〈0.01)。结论:检测子宫颈癌患者手术治疗前后血清IGF-II、IL-8和Hey水平的变化对了解病情、观察疗效和预后判断均具有重要的临床价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes on serum IGF-Ⅱ , IL-8 and Hcy levels after operation in patients with malignancies of uterine cervix. Method Serum IGF-Ⅱ, IL-8 (with RIA), serum Hcy (with immune clemistry) levels were measured in 33 patients with carcinoma of uterine cervix both before and after operation as well as 35 normal healthy persons as controls. Results Before operation, serum IGF-Ⅱ, IL-8 and Hcy levels manifested significantly higher than those in controls, after operation for 3 months. Serum IGF-Ⅱ, IL-8 and Hcy levels in the patients appeard not patrticulary different from those in controls(P 〉0.05). Serum IGF-Ⅱ level showed positively correlated with IL-8, Hey levels(r =0. 5786, O. 6084, P 〈0.01). Conclusion Changes of serum IGF- Ⅱ, IL-8 and Hcy levels closely related to the tumor burden and maybe of important prognositic value.
