经皮椎体成形术治疗椎体骨病疼痛128例临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗椎体不同病变所致疼痛的临床疗效。方法对128例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)、椎体血管瘤(VH)及多发性骨髓瘤(MM)腰痛患者行PVP,根据手术前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)评价疗效。结果128例均获得随访,时间5~18(13±3)个月。术前VAS评分:OVCF平均(7.90±1.58)分,VH平均(7.65±1.15)分,MM平均(7.41±1.24)分,术后3dOVCF降至(2.11±0.90)分,vH降至(2.42±0.91)分,MM降至(2.43±0.86)分,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论PVP微创,能够明显缓解疼痛,提高椎体高度,效果良好,是治疗OVCF、VH及MM的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) on the treatment of different kinds of ill vertebrae body with pain. Methods A total of 128 cases, including osteoporotic vertebral compressive fracture (OVCF) , vertebral hemangioma (VH) and multiple myeploma (MM) with a pain in lumbar vertebrae underwent the treatment of PVP. Visual ana- logue scale (VAS) was used in the evaluation of outcomes. Results All the 128 cases were followed up for 5 - 18 ( 13 ± 3 ) months. Pain was assessed by VAS before operation and 3 days after operation. The VASs of OVCF, VH and MM before and after operation were (7.90~1.58) vs. (2.11 ±0.90), (7.65±1.15) vs. (2.42±0.91) and (7.41±1.24) vs. (2.43±0.86), respectively. The differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion PVP is of good effect on the treatment of OVCF, VH and MM.
