挑针疗法研究概况

挑针疗法又称为针挑疗法，是源于民间的一种特效外治疗法，具有“简、便、廉、验”等优势。在长期临床实践中积累了丰富治疗经验，对临床各科的常见病多发病，乃至疑难杂病有着非常好的疗效，如外科疾病、内科各系统疾病，甚至不孕不育等病症，均有肯定疗效。本文通过阐述针挑疗法的基本概念、基础理论及临床应用研究概况，对目前针挑疗法临床应用疗效评价研究中存在的问题及今后发展趋势进行了探讨，强调针挑疗法临床疗效评价研究，应采用其临床规范化操作，以增强其，临床疗效的科学性、客观性及可信度，并指出针挑疗法规范化研究应是其今后研究的主要方向。

Prick Treatment also known as needle acupuncture ,which is derived from a folk external treatment effects, has ＂simple, convenient, inexpensive and inspection＂ and other advantages. In the long - term clinical practice has accumulated a wealth of experience in the treatment. It has a very good effec on clinical subjects of common disease, and even Miscellaneous diseasest. For example, It has positive effect on surgical disease,medi- cal department and even infertility. This paper describes the basic concepts of pricking treatment, basic theory and clinical application profiles, in order to discuss the current clinical application of pricking therapy efficacy as- sessment research problems and future development trends. It emphasizes that the Pricking therapy clinical evalu- ation studies should use their clinical standardized operation, and to enhance the science of the clinical efficacy, objectivity and credibility. It also pointed out that the standardization of pricking therapy should be their main di- rection of future research.
