胃癌患者输注红细胞前后血清CysC、Hcy、IL-8和CA72-4检测的临床评价

目的：探讨胃癌患者输注红细胞前后血清CysC、Hey、IL-8和CA72-4水平的变化及临床意义。方法：应用放射免疫分析、免疫比浊法和免疫化学法对33例胃癌患者进行了输注红细胞前后血清CysC、Hey、IL-8和CA72-4检测，并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果：胃癌患者在输注红细胞前血清CysC、Hey、IL．8和CA72-4水平均非常显著地高于正常人组（P〈0．01），经输注红细胞2周后与正常人组比较仍有显著性差异（P〈0．05），血清CysC水平与Hcy、IL-8和CA72-4水平呈正相关（r=0．6142、0．5982、0．6174，P〈0．01）。结论：检测胃癌患者输注红细胞前后血清CysC、Hcy、IL-8和CA72-4水平的变化对了解病情、观察疗效和预后判断均有一定的临床价值。

Clinical Evaluation of Measurement the Changes on Serum CysC,Hcy, IL-8 and CA72-4 Levels After Transfusion RBC in Patients with Gastric Cancer

Objective To explore the clinical significance of measurement the changes on serum CysC, Hcy, IL-8 and CA72-4 levels after transfusion RBC in patients with gastric cancer. Methods Serum IL-8, CA72-4（with RIA）, serum CysC（with immuno-turbidimetry）, serum Hcy（with immunochemistry）levels were determined in 33 patients with gastric cancer and compared to 35 normal healthy controls. Results Before transfusion of RBC, serum CysC, Hcy, IL-8 and CA72-4 levels presented significantly higher than those in controls（P 〈0.01）, after transfusion for 2 weeks, serum CysC, Hcy, IL-8 and CA72-4 levels dropped markedly, but re- mained evidently higher than those in controls （ P 〈 0.05）. Serum CysC level indicated positively correlated with serum Hcy, IL-8 and CA72-4 levels（r =0. 6142,0. 5982,0. 6174,P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The changes of serum CysC, Hcy, IL-8 and CA72-4 levels might be helpful to realize pathosis, therapeutic efficacy and prognostication thus, provides certain clinical value.
