| 摘 要： | 人类Dab2基因具有多种生理功能,并在多种信号转导通路中起重要作用.研究表明,Dab2蛋白表达下调与人类多种恶性肿瘤的发生发展密切相关.Dab2已被认为是抑癌基因之一.文章对关于Dab2基因及其相关蛋白结构、功能的相关研究进行综述,探讨其在肿瘤发生发展的作用.

| Abstract: | The human Dab2 gene has a variety of physiological functions,and plays important roles in various signal transduction pathways.Researches have shown that reduced expression of Dab2 was closely related to the occurrence and development in many malignant cancers,and Dab2 has been regarded as a tumor suppressor.This paper reviewed about multiple researches on the structure and functions of Dab2,and explored the specific mechanisms in oncogenesis. |
