北京市农村社区心理健康服务需求分析

目的：了解北京市农村社区居民心理健康服务需求方面的信息，为北京市农村社区心理健康服务工作的开展提供依据。方法：采用自编的社会人口学基本信息资料表、精神卫生求助方式及态度问卷（MSK）对北京市朝阳区随机选取的1996例农村社区居民进行问卷调查。结果：68．8％的居民表示愿意寻求心理专业人员帮助；60．2％的居民选择医疗机构作为心理求助场所；超过93％的居民对目前社区内可能开展的心理健康服务活动表示不知道或确定没有；不同社会人口学信息情况下，均有部分心理健康服务形式选择情况的差异存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：北京市农村社区居民的心理健康服务需求强烈，多种服务形式被社区居民认可；北京市农村社区的心理健康服务工作亟待开展，在社区现有医疗体系中引入心理健康服务的内容已成为当务之急。

Analysis of the Demand of Psychological Health Service in Beijing Rural Communities

Objective ： To understand the mental health service demand information of rural community residents and provide basis for rural community mental health services in Beijing. Methods： By using the self- design sociol demographic basic information table, the way of mental health help- seeking and the attitude of mental health help -seeking questionnaire （MSK） , we selected 1996 cases of rural community residents by randomly sampling to complete the survey in Beijing Chaoyang district. Restflts： 68.8% of the residents would like to seek help from psycho- logical professionals, 60.2% of the residents chose medical institutions as the place for help. More than 93% people had no idea about whether the psychological health services was exist or not in their community, choices about some forms of psychological health services showed differential in different social background （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Residents have strong demand for psychological health service in Beijing rural community and most forms of services were accepted. Psychological health service work is urgently in rural community, it is the top priority to bring the psy- chological health service into the existing community health care system in Beijing.
