| 摘 要： | 目的探讨提示板在手术配合护理中的应用。方法 2010年1月～3月我科所有手术使用提示板,将手术配合护理中重点内容及时填写在手术间提示板上,包括患者术前的基本信息、术中添加物品、出入量等。总结分析其对手术配合护理工作的影响。结果所有手术无护理差错或缺陷发生。结论提示板能直观、简洁明朗地反映手术中的护理重点,避免工作中忙、杂出现遗漏而造成的差错,为患者提供另一安全的屏障。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of tip board in the nursing care of operation cooperation. Methods From January to March the tip board was used in all the operations of our department,the key contents in the nursing care of operation cooperation were timely filled in the tip board,which included the basic information of patients before operation,added item,intake and output,etc. during operation. Summarize and analyze the impact in the nursing care of operation cooperation. Results In all operations there were no nursing errors or defects. Conclusion Tip board can directly,simply and clearly reflect the nursing strategies,avoid the omission caused by busy,complex work,and it provides patients with another security barrier. |
