以卡铂为主的抗癌药合并化疗行支气管动脉灌注治疗肺癌疗效观察

为探讨以卡铂为主的抗癌药联合行支气管动脉灌注治疗肺癌的疗效,我院在数字减影X 光机下对83例肺癌行支气管动脉灌注化疗,治疗结果:83例中小细胞肺癌25例,CR+PR 21例,有效率84%;非小细胞肺癌58例,CR+PR 30例。有效率51.7%。本文提示以卡铂为主联合选择性支气管动脉灌注化疗,可将药物直接灌入肿瘤的供血血管患侧支气管动脉,有效地选择性地形成肿瘤局部药物的高浓度,增强抗癌作用,并能一次性大剂最联合给药,临床应用不必水化、利尿,使用方便,凑效快、疗效高、安全,全身毒性反应低,适应证广泛,且能多次重复进行,深受病人欢迎。特别是对无法手术治疗的中晚期肺癌患者,不失为一种有效安全的治疗手段。

OBSERVATION OF THERAPEUTIC EFECT OF BRONCHIAL ARTERY PERFUSION CHEMOTHERAPY OF LUNG CANCER MAINLY WITN CARBOPLATINUM AND OTHER ANTICARCINOGENS

Eighty-three cases of lung cancer were treated with bronchial artery perfusion of anti- carcinogens(mainly with carboplatinum)with DSA.The results are satisfied.The effective rate was 84% in twenty-five cases(CR+PR,21 cases)of parvicellular lung cancer and 51.7% in fifty-eight cases (CR+PR,30 cases)of nonparvicellular lung cancer.The results show that the selective bronchial artery perfusion of combination anticarcinogen chemotherapy(mainly with carboplatinum) can infuse the drugs into the supply artery of the lung cancer.the drug density in the region of tumor is high,so the anticancer effect is improved.And also large dose of combination drugs can be used at a time and hydration,diuresis are not necessary.The method is convenient,safety and has fast and high effect,low toxic reaction of whole body,wide-ranging indications,the treatment can be repeated.The therapy is especially effective and safety for the middle and late stages of lung cancer.
