牵引成骨联合牙种植修复下颌骨量不足病例报道

目的评估牵引成骨技术修复肿瘤术后骨量不足的临床疗效。方法对1例下颌肿瘤术后多个牙缺失伴有较大范围的骨量不足者．采用垂直牵引成骨技术修复垂直向骨量，上置法植骨联合引导骨再生技术修复颊侧骨缺损，植入4枚Frialit-2种植体．3个月后，固定金属树脂混合桥修复。结果4枚种植体形成骨性愈合，患者对咬合功能的恢复满意。结论牵引成骨术成骨作用较好，可作为修复肿瘤术后垂直性骨缺损的一种有效方法。

Distraction Osteogenesis in Implant Prosthodontic Requirement for an Mandibular Bone Defect after Tumor: A Case Report

Objective To evaluate the clinical results of vertieal distraction in bone defect after tumor surgery,Methods A 32-year-old female patient desired for rehabilitation of left mandiblo with endosscous implants.Radiologic examination showed vertical bone defect about 8 millimeters and buccal bone defect about 2-3mm.Vertical distraction of the left mandible was performed to increase the height of alveolus.On-lay and GBR techniques were used for solving buccal defect.Then 4 Frialit-2 implants were implanted.Three months later the prosthesis restoration was finished.Results The absence of any pathologic symptoms or negative radiologic findings were observed 4 months after the restoration.It suggested a satisfactory sesult in the short tenm.Conclusion Distraction osteogenesis offers the implant surgeon an additional methods for optimizing the dimensions of deficient aiveolar ridges.
