乳腺癌根治术后康复护理

目的多数乳腺癌患者情绪低落,思想压力大,通过术后康复护理,帮助患者树立战胜疾病的勇气和生活信心。方法通过对28例乳腺癌根治术后康复护理,及患者术后当日进行功能康复锻炼,并辅以心理康复指导。结果通过对患者早期康复护理和功能锻炼,患肢水肿及功能障碍的发生率很低。结论乳腺癌根治术后进行早期康复护理,可有效减少上肢水肿的发生及改善患肢的功能,提高患者的生活质量。
