| 摘 要： | LT恢复正常时间(12.7±4.8)d;总胆红素(TB)峰值(78.7±44.3)μmol/L,TB恢复正常时间(8.8±2.7)d;住院时间7～28 d(中位住院时间14 d).术后并发症:胆瘘1例,肝断面出血1例,过敏性紫癜1例,全部供者均恢复正常生活及工作.结论 术前充分了解供肝的血管及胆道解剖,术中保证管道的完整性、减少肝组织损失,术后严密监测并发症的发生是供者安全的必要保证.
