辽藁本化学成分的分离与鉴定

目的对辽藁本(Ligusticum jeholense Nakaiet Kitag.)的化学成分进行分离与鉴定。方法采用大孔树脂、硅胶柱色谱和葡聚糖凝胶LH-20柱色谱分离纯化,经理化常数和谱学方法鉴定结构。结果得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为阿魏酸(ferulic acid,1)、异阿魏酸(isoferulic acid,2)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,3)、香草酸(vanillic acid,4)、柑橘黄酮(tangertin,5)、川陈皮素(nobiletin,6)、3′,4′,3,5,7-五甲氧基黄酮(3′,4′,3,5,7-pentamethoxy flavone,7)。结论化合物2、5、6为首次从藁本属植物中分离得到,化合物3、4、7为首次从辽藁本中分离得到。

Isolation and identification of chemical constituents from rhizome and root of Ligusticum jeholense Nakai et Kitag.

Objective To study the chemical constituents of Ligusticum jeholense Nakai et Kitag. Methods The compounds were separated by the chromatography methods, and their structures were identified by spectral analysis. Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified as ferulic acid(1), isoferulic acid(2), daucosterol(3), vanillic acid(4),tangertin(5) , nobiletin(6) and 3´,4′,3,5,7 -pentamethoxy flavone(7). Conclusions Compounds 2, 5 and 6 are obtained from this genus for the first time. Compounds 3, 4 and 7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
