| 摘 要： | 目的 研究急性脑血管病人血压波动情况对预后的影响。方法 选择 136例急性中风病人进行动态监测血压变化 ,其中脑出血 6 2例 ,脑梗死 6 3例 ,蛛网膜下腔出血 11例。结果 发现血压波动 >2 0 %的急性脑血管病人 ,预后较差 ,病死率 32 % ;急性期血压波动 <2 0 %的病人预后较好 ,病死率 2 4%。结论 动态血压对急性脑血管病早期降压治疗有指导性意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the prognostic value of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) for the patients with acute cerebovascular disease.Methods 136 patients acute cerebrovascular disease were selected for ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.There were 62 cases of cerebral hemorrhage,63 cases of cerebral infarction and 11 cases of subrarachnoid hemorrhage.Results The patients over 20% of blood pressure variability(the morality was 32%) have a poorer prognosis than the patients under 20% of blood pressure variability(the mortality was 24%).Conclusion Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring has an instructive value for decompression treatment for the patients with acute cerebrovascular disease. |
