1991～2000年陕西省黄陵县克山病病情总结

目的 了解近10年来克山病病情发展趋势，为控制病情提供依据。方法 按照《全国克山病监测方案》要求进行。结果 10年监测期间全县未见急(亚急)型发病；监测点年新发生率8．0/万，全县农业人群慢型克山病平均患病率为4．95/万，年平均新发现率0．7l/万，死亡率0．44/万，5年累积死亡率降至15．2％，10年累积死亡率仍达75．3％。结论 膳食质量提高和人体硒水平提高可能是近10年以来克山病病情相对稳定的主要原因；慢型克山病早期诊断及治疗方法研究应视为当前克山病临床研究重点；CVB在本病发生发展中的作用值得进一步探讨。

Summary report of the monitoring results on the state of Keshan disease in Huangling County,Shaanxi Province between 1991 and 2000

Objective To provide the proof for preventing and curing Keshan Disease(KD)by observing the trend of KD in recent 10 years.Methods The study was carried out according to the standard of Keshan Disease control(1997 edition).Results No new case of acute or subacute type KD were observed during the observing period in the whole county; the newly annual incidence of latent KD was 8.0 per 10000 and the death rate was 0.44 per 10000;The 5-years cumulative death rate drops to 15.2%,but the 10-years cumulative death rate remains at 75.3%.Conclusions The improvement quality of dietary and Se level in endemic agricultural population is the principal reason for preventing KD incidence rate from increasing in recent years; The key point to prevent and cure KD is chronic type KD.It suggested that the effect of CVB in chronic KD should be further studied.
