摘    要:目的观察脱钙牙本质基质(DDM)促进即刻种植体周缺损新骨形成的临床应用效果。方针1999~2000年,对15例即刻种植体植入后周缘存在骨缺损的病例在其楔状缺损内植入DDM。结果术后4个月复诊,无论肉眼还是X线片全部病例均获满意疗效,可行烤瓷冠修复。结论DDM能促进即刻种植体周新骨的形成以及骨愈合,有临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of decalcified dentin matrix(DDM) on osteogenesis in the defect region around the immediate implants. Methods From 1999 to 2000, the defect regions around the immediate impalnts of 15 cases were filled by DDM. Results Followed up for 4 months postoperatively, all cases were satisfactory no matter from naked eye to X ray observation. Conclusion DDM is suggested to be able to promote the osteogenesis around the implants and may be worth of clinial application.
