舟山海域贝类海产品中软骨藻酸含量调查

摘    要:目的:对舟山海域贝类等海产品中软骨藻酸含量进行初步调查。方法:采集舟山海域出产的贝类等海产品,使用高效液相色谱法对其中的软骨藻酸含量进行定量分析。结果:舟山海域贝类等海产品中软骨藻酸的总检出率为64%,含量范围为ND-1.68 mg/kg,含量中值0.21 mg/kg,贻贝等海产品中毒素含量相对较高。结论:舟山海域贝类等海产品中软骨藻酸总体含量远低于卫生标准限值,目前暂不存在食用风险。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the contents of domoic acid in shellfish in Zhoushan islands.Methods: The shellfish in Zhoushan islands were collected and the contents of the domoic acid in these shellfish were detected with HPLC.Results: The total detectable rate of domoic acid in shellfish was 64% with the content range from 0 to1.68 mg/kg,and the median was 0.21 mg/kg.The content of domoic acid in mussels was relatively high.Conclusion: The contents of domoic acid in shellfish in Zhoushan islands were lower tha...
