| 摘 要： | 目的:了解温州地区行IVF/ICSI治疗患者乙肝病毒感染状况。方法:标本来源于2008年1月-2010年12月在温州医学院附属第二医院生殖中心行IVF/ICSI治疗的1268对夫妇,ELISA法检测乙肝病毒血清五项标志物,分析其HBV感染模式。结果:IVF/ICSI人群HBsAg阳性率为12.89%,男性阳性率为15.14%,显著高于女性的10.65%;IVF/ICSI夫妇一方阳性的比例为24.61%;共发现15种感染模式,主要感染模式有8种。结论:温州地区IVF/ICSI人群慢性HBV携带率可能高于普通人群,男性HBsAg阳性率高于女性,感染模式呈现多样性。
