| 摘 要： | 目的:了解中国南北方城市商场与超市室内空气微生物的污染状况及主要影响因素。方法:于2007年-2009年选择中国北方廊坊市和南方韶关市的商场、超市,按冬夏两季用安德森六级空气微生物采样器采集室内空气中的细菌和真菌培养计数。结果:南方城市韶关室内空气细菌与真菌总数冬夏差异较小;北方城市廊坊室内空气细菌总数夏季高于冬季,室内空气真菌总数冬夏差异较小。结论:季节变化对商场和超市室内空气微生物浓度有一定影响。在高温高湿的夏季,北方城市廊坊室内空气细菌污染较重。
