| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨医院内侵袭性泌尿系真菌感染的流行病学及危险因素。方法:对2005年-2010年可疑泌尿系统真菌感染住院患者的尿液进行培养鉴定,分析泌尿系侵袭性真菌感染的菌种分布情况,同时对60例病例完整的泌尿道IFI患者和62例对照组患者采用前瞻性病例对照研究,采用SPSS13.0软件进行卡方检验、单因素及多因素回归分析,分析其发生的危险因素。结果:6年共检测出240例尿液侵袭性真菌感染,仍以白念珠菌最多,占35.4%,科室分布以内分泌科发病率最高,占22.08%。Logistic回归分析结果显示:性别、病原菌检出时间和体温是发生泌尿系侵袭性真菌感染的危险因素。结论:医院内泌尿系真菌感染仍以白念珠菌为著。泌尿系侵袭性真菌感染发病率有上升趋势,病死率高,因此早期发现泌尿系真菌感染,早期干预,以减少泌尿系侵袭性真菌感染的发生。 |
