江西省南昌县农村居民土源性线虫感染调查

摘    要:目的:掌握土源性线虫流行动态及流行规律,为科学防治提供重要依据。方法:以分层随机抽样法将南昌县按地理方位划分为东、南、西、北、中5个片区,每片区随机抽取一个行政村作为监测点,采用Kato-Katz法(1粪3检)检查肠道蠕虫卵。结果:5个监测点共粪检1120人,检出5种肠道寄生虫,土源性线虫(蛔虫、鞭虫、钩虫)感染人数为154人,感染率13.75%,其中蛔虫、鞭虫、钩虫的感染率分别为5.36%、6.78%、3.57%。结论:我县农村土源性线虫感染属于中度流行区,需对重点人群每年进行驱虫治疗的防治策略。

Abstract:Objective: To learn epidemiological trend and law of soil-transmitted helminth and take them as significant basis for scientific control and prevention.Methods:Divide Nanchang County into 5 regions including east,south,west,north and middle by the means of stratified random sampling,then one administrative village was selected randomly as the observation point in each region.
