| 摘 要： | 目的:了解绵阳市食品中铅、镉、汞、铝和农药的污染现状,为制定合理有效的控制措施提供科学依据。方法:从绵阳市、北川县、江油市、三台县各类超市、农贸市场采集(购买)食品样品,按食品卫生检验方法进行检测。结果:共检测食品样249份,157份合格,合格率63.05%。检测的47类食品27项中,除汞全部合格外,铅、镉、铝、农药均有样品不合格。结论:绵阳市食品中铅、铝和农药污染程度偏高,相关部门应采取针对性措施,提高食品安全性,保障人民群众健康。
