| 摘 要： | 目的:研究宫颈癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,探讨肿瘤免疫逃逸与宫颈癌发病机制的关系。方法:采用免疫荧光法及流式细胞术分别检测30例子宫平滑肌瘤、32例CIN III级和35例宫颈癌患者外周血CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞的分布变化。结果:(1)与子宫肌瘤组比较,宫颈癌组外周血CD4+T细胞百分比升高(P<0.05);CD4+T细胞百分比在宫颈癌组和CIN III组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。(2)CD8+T细胞百分比在子宫肌瘤与宫颈癌组之间、宫颈癌组与CIN III组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:宫颈癌患者外周血T细胞各亚群比例重新分布,通过使CD4+T细胞百分比升高,影响了体内的抗肿瘤的免疫应答、参与了肿瘤免疫逃逸。而在宫颈原位癌进展至浸润癌的过程中,体内免疫功能的无显著变化,推测还有其他因素综合作用参与宫颈癌的发病机制。
