| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨液基薄层细胞学与高危型HPV-DNA检测在妇科宫颈疾病筛查的应用及其临床意义。方法:分析733名妇女宫颈刷出物中13种高危型HPV-DNA检测结果,其中227例同时进行TCT细胞学检查。根据细胞学诊断结果分为4组,同时对各组HPV DNA检测结果进行统计学分析。结果:733名妇女高危型HPV感染率为16.2%。227例TCT结果显示各年龄组TCT阳性率差别没有统计学意义(P=0.203)。各分组的高危型HPV检出率分别为9.5%(17/179)、63%(17/27)、90.9%(10/11)和80%(8/10),差别具有统计学意义(P=0.000),在TCT阳性的病例中(A0以上),高危型HPV DNA检出率随着细胞异常级别的升高而升高的趋势并不明显。结论:联合应用高危型HPV检测和液基薄层细胞学(TCT)检查可以提高宫颈疾病筛查阳性率。
