浙江省常山县幼儿园中小学生乙型病毒性肝炎感染情况分析

目的:了解常山县学生乙型肝炎病毒感染情况及表面抗体(HBsAb)阳性率,为制订和评价防治措施提供科学依据。方法:随机抽取735名小学生、503名初中生、1029名高中生和608名岁幼儿园学生,用ELISA法测定HBsAg和HBsAb。结果:2875名体检者血清标本中,HBsAg阳性率为2.54%,其中幼儿园学生阳性率0.66%,小学生阳性率为0.95%,初中生阳性率为1.59%,高中生的阳性率为5.25%。幼儿园、小学生、初中生、高中生HBsAg阳性率呈逐阶段上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。HBsAb幼儿园学生阳性率最高,四个组HBsAb阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:乙肝病毒疫苗纳入儿童计划免疫取得了效果,1990年代以后出生人群,HBsAg携带率已呈逐步降低;应继续严格的乙型肝炎计划免疫,在人群中建立有效乙型肝炎免疫屏障。

Analysis of HBV infection of students in Changshan county of Zhejiang province
