摘    要:目的:探讨BV联合检测对细菌性阴道炎及其微生态的应用价值。方法:应用BV联合检测试剂对685例疑似细菌性阴道炎(BV)患者进行过氧化氢H2O2、唾液酸苷酶Nacase、白细胞酯酶LE联合检测,并通过革兰氏染色和显微镜镜检对阴道杆菌、线索细胞、白细胞进行确认。结果:685例门诊疑似BV患者阴道分泌物中通过革兰氏染色和显微镜镜检细菌性阴道炎阳性率为19.7%(135/685),而BV联合检测试剂检测细菌性阴道炎阳性率为18.5%(127/685)两种方法比较(P>0.05)无统计学意义。结论:由于快捷方便、不需要特殊仪器和专业技术,BV联合检测试剂便于基层医疗单位推广和普及。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the value of bacterial vaginal(BV) joint detection in diagnosing bacterial vaginal disease and its micro-ecology.Methods: A total of 685 vaginal secretions from patients suspected of bacterial vaginal disease were detected with H2O2,neuraminidase and leukocyte esterase,and at the same time,the bacillus vaginalis,clue cell and leukocytes were confirmed with gram stain and microscopic examination.Results: The positive rate of BV examined by gram stain and microscopic examination was 19.7%...
