| 摘 要： | 目的:建立检测香港海鸥形菌的实时荧光PCR方法。方法:根据香港海鸥形菌以16SrDNA基因设计探针和引物,建立检测香港海鸥形菌荧光PCR方法,并对建立的方法进行特异性、灵敏性的评价。结果:检测体系灵敏度高,菌液的最低检出限可达40 CFU/反应体系;特异性好,对329株细菌的检测符合率达100%。结论:建立的实时PCR检测方法可应用于食源性致病菌中香港海鸥形菌的快速检测。
