| 摘 要： | 目的:了解北京市昌平区公共卫生从业人员传染病检出情况及其动态变化。方法:ALT采用全自动生化分析仪速率法,HBsAg采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA);伤寒、细菌性痢疾采用实验诊断方法。结果:昌平区2004年-2010年公共卫生从业人员体检494969人,五病总检出9264人(1.87%),以HBsAg阳性率和活动性肺结核检出率较高(χ2=47862.81,P<0.01);七年没有伤寒病人检出;2004年-2010年公共卫生从业人员活动性肺结核病的检出率呈逐年上升趋势(χ2=391.42,P<0.01)。结论:加强公共场所乙肝和肺结核等卫生知识的宣传和培训,继续做好昌平区公共卫生从业人员健康检查和传染病患者的调离工作。
