摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱荧光检测法测定辣椒油、辣椒粉、火锅底料中的罗丹明B染料的分析方法。方法:样品经30%甲醇水溶液提取后,采用C18反相色谱柱分离,以甲醇和水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,荧光检测器测定,Ex:550 nm,Em:580 nm。结果:罗丹明B染料在2.0 ng/ml~200 ng/ml质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r2为0.9998,方法检出限为0.02 mg/kg,方法回收率为83%~102%,精密度(RSD)1.3%~3.2%。结论:该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、回收率高,适用于辣椒粉和辣椒油和火锅底料中罗丹明B染料的测定。
