| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨HBeAg阴性CHB患者检测pre-S1Ag的意义。方法:收集我院感染科同时做pre-S1Ag、HBcAb-IgM及HBcDNA定量且HBsAg阳性的患者的资料160份,其中HBeAg阳性39例、HBeAg阴性121例,分析pre-S1Ag的表达与HBcAb-IgM及HBV DNA定量之间的关系。结果:HBeAg阴性CHB患者血清中pre-S1Ag检测阳性率明显低于HBeAg阳性CHB患者(P<0.05)。121例HBeAg阴性CHB患者血清中pre-S1Ag检测阳性率为35.5%,与HBc-IgM检测阳性率(38.8%)一致(P>0.05);pre-S1Ag阳性组HBV DNA检测率低于pre-S1Ag阴性组HBV DNA检测率,但两者之间的差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:pre-S1Ag可以作为反映HBV感染、复制的指标,但其在HBeAg阴性CHB患者中表达的意义待进一步研究。
