| 摘 要： | 目的:调查医院鲍曼不动杆菌分布及药物耐药情况。方法:采集2008年1月-2009年10月年临床标本,并进行鲍曼不动杆菌分离培养、鉴定及药物敏感试验。结果:共分离出鲍曼不动杆菌287株,其中85.37%分离来自痰标本,42.16%来自儿科。鲍曼不动杆菌对亚胺培南耐药率最低,为10.10%,其次为头孢哌酮/舒巴坦,为27.87%,对其他抗菌药物耐药率高达70.38%～97.91%。结论:鲍曼不动杆菌主要侵犯儿科患者,主要分离部位是呼吸道;耐药率最低是亚胺培南,临床用药要根据药敏结果来选择很有必要。
