| 摘 要： | 目的:研究玻璃和塑料两种材质分离胶真空采血管对血清K+和GLU测定的影响。方法:收集经相同条件离心后含有相同高度红细胞层的分离胶采血管,两类材质分离胶真空采血管各100支,弃去上层血清,保留分离胶及红细胞层,不同材质的采血管分别分成20支一组,每种材质均为5组,分别在每组采血管中添加新鲜混合血清1.4 ml、1.0 ml、0.8 ml、0.6 ml0、.4 ml,测定放置不同时间后K+、GLU的结果。结果:当血清量从0.4 ml至1.4 ml变化中,两类材质分离胶管在4 h内测定K+和GLU无差别(P>0.05),24 h后每两组间的K+均有统计学意义,GLU在48 h后检定结果均有差别(P<0.01)。结论:不同材质分离胶管保存的血清其中成份的稳定性是不同的,塑料材质分离胶管可提供最佳品质的检测标本,使检验报告更加精准。
