摘    要:目的:验证凯普HPV分型检测系统检测HPV16、18型别结果的准确性,分析判读差异的原因。方法:选取110例凯普HPV16、18分型检测阳性的标本,根据显色程度分为显色正常82例(阳性),显色弱28例(弱阳性21例、极弱7例)。使用型别特异性引物PCR扩增+测序方法进行对照验证,判断其检测的准确度。结果:总共110例样本中,有6例显色弱的标本检测阴性,与标准方法比较,基因芯片结果总符合率94.5%,二者差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同程度显色标本与标准方法比较,显色正常的82例标本全部检出,符合率100%,21例弱阳性标本,4例未检出,符合率81.0%,7例极弱阳性标本,2例未检出,符合率71.4%。显色弱的样本检测符合率显著低于显色正常标本,χ2=11.9,P<0.01。结论:凯普基因芯片法检测HPV16、18亚型具有较高的准确度,但芯片上相应着色点显色弱,可能导致检测结果错误。
