微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定小龙虾中镉

摘    要:目的:建立测定小龙虾中镉的微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法。方法:样品经硝酸微波消解后,以石墨炉原子吸收法测定。结果:镉在1.0 ng/ml~10.0 ng/ml浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数r=0.9992,方法检出限为0.001 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为3.8%~4.8%,回收率为90.0%~105%。结论:该法操作简便,快速、检出限低,结果可靠,可用于小龙虾中镉的测定。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for determination of cadium in crayfish by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry after microwave digestion.Methods:Crayfish was digested by microwave technology,cadmium was determined by GFAAS.Results:This method had a good linearity in the range of 1.0 ng/ml~10.0 ng/ml(r=0.9992).The detection limit and the relative standard deviation were 0.001 mg/kg and 3.8%~4.8% respectively.The recoveries were 90.0%~105%.Conclusion:The method is simple and rapid,and it can ...
