| 摘 要： | 目的:对患者在输血前传染病指标进行检测,了解感染情况。方法:采用ELISA方法对3612例患者进行输血前的HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-TP和抗-HIV检测。结果:3612例患者中,HBsAg阳性例数为330例,阳性率为9.14%;抗-HCV阳性例数为39例,阳性率为1.08%;抗-TP阳性例数为41例,阳性率为1.14%。结论:对输血前患者进行4项传染病指标检测对于保证输血安全、预防医源性交叉感染及防止医疗纠纷具有重要意义。
