| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血清甲胎蛋白、铜蓝蛋白和触珠蛋白在检测原发性肝癌诊断中的价值。方法:对40例健康献血员,66例慢性乙型肝炎、69例乙肝肝硬化及60例原发性肝癌患者分别采用免疫透射比浊法和微粒子酶免疫分析技术检测血清甲胎蛋白、铜蓝蛋白和触珠蛋白含量及作统计学分析。结果:原发性肝癌患者血清甲胎蛋白和铜蓝蛋白水平均高于正常对照组,触珠蛋白水平高于乙型肝炎和肝硬化组。通过logistic回归模型构建的联合预测因子显著提高了原发性肝癌的诊断效能。结论:甲胎蛋白、铜蓝蛋白和触珠蛋白联合检测,对HBSAg阳性原发性肝癌的早期诊断有重要价值。
