| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨地沟油的气相色谱检测方法。方法:通过寻找地沟油中动物油脂产生的脂肪酸特征峰,判别样品是否含有地沟油。结果:初步确定了地沟油中动物油脂产生的脂肪酸特征峰。结论:方法简便、实用,为进一步检测确认地沟油打下基础。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study an analytical method for detection of hogwash oil by GC.Methods: Hogwash oil was differentiated by finding the characteristic peak of fatty acid produced by animal fat.Results: Characteristic peak of fatty acid existing in hogwash oil was determined primarily.Conclusion:The method is simple and practical,which can lay a good basis for the further study on detection of hogwash oil. |
