| 摘 要： | 目的:调查鲍曼不动杆菌的感染现状、临床分布、耐药性变化及不同来源菌株耐药率的差异。方法:细菌的鉴定按全国临床检验规程鉴定,采用K-B法进行药物敏感试验。结果:分离出鲍曼不动杆菌437株,分离标本以痰液及咽拭子为主,共352株。近年来,鲍曼不动杆菌感染率呈上升趋势,目前已成为主要致病菌,药敏结果显示鲍曼不动杆菌耐药率逐年上升。结论:鲍曼不动杆菌耐药率几年来呈上升趋势。
