2013例妇科不孕症患者支原体、衣原体和淋球菌的感染状况和药敏分析

目的:探讨宁波地区妇科不孕症患者支原体、沙眼衣原体和淋球菌的感染状况和药敏分析。方法:对2013例妇科不孕症患者进行支原体、沙眼衣原体和淋球菌的检查,并对阳性标本进行药敏分析。结果:2013例患者中阳性例数为921例,阳性检出率为45.75%,其中UU感染752例,UU+MH感染100例,MH感染39例,CT感染15例,CT+UU感染9例,CT+MH感染3例,CT+UU+MH感染2例,NG+UU感染1例。主要病原菌的药敏情况:UU感染,首选药物为强力霉素、交沙霉素、红霉素、四环素、阿奇霉素、克拉霉素、原始霉素。MH感染和UU+MH混合感染的首选药物均为强力霉素、交沙霉素、四环素、原始霉素。结论:在妇科不孕症患者中病原微生物的检出率较高,应根据病原菌的种类和药敏进行选择用药,减少耐药株产生。
