| 摘 要： | 目的:了解西双版纳州不同人群艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染情况和流行趋势,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法:依据《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》(2009年版)规定的检测流程与方法进行HIV抗体筛查和确证。结果:2010年共检测各类人群122745人份,确证HIV抗体阳性247例,阳性检出率为0.20%,阳性率位居前三位依次为阳性者配偶/子女或性伴(12.50%)、自愿咨询者(3.92%)和其他羁押人员(1.69%);本地户籍169例占68.42%,外地户籍66例占26.72%,外国籍12例(缅甸10例、老挝2例)占4.86%;男性多于女性,性别比为1.74∶1;以性传播为主,占88.66%;职业分布以农民(38.46%)、家政家务及待业(21.46%)和商业服务者(9.31%)居多;州内聚居的13种少数民族,有9种民族检出HIV感染者。结论:西双版纳州艾滋病疫情已进入快速增长期,存在蔓延的危险因素,疫情已从高危人群向一般人群扩散。
