摘    要:目的:通过流行病学调查和实验室检测结果分析本次食物中毒原因,为预防突发性公共卫生事件的发生提供科学依据。方法:参照GB/T4789-2003[1]方法对患儿大便、剩余食物、餐具、从业人员手样和肛试等样品进行病原菌检测。结果:在患儿大便、餐具中均检出4C型福氏志贺菌,剩余食物和从业人员肛试、手样中均未检出。结论:本次食物中毒是食品加工操作环节控制不严,造成4C型福氏志贺菌污染引起的。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the reason of food posioning by the epidemiological investigations and result detected in lab,and provide scientific basis for preventing emergency of public health.Methods: Defecation of children patients,surplus food,tableware,hand and sour of jobholder were detected referring to GB/T4789-2003.Results: 4C Shigella Flexneri was found positive in defecation and tableware,not in surplus food,hand and sour of jobholder.Conclusion: The food posioning was caused by poor controll in food pro...
