| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨南京地区300名妇女对乳腺癌与服用保健品特别是蜂王浆等保健品的关系。方法：运用病例对照研究的方法，抽取300对病例与对照，进行问卷调查，运用SAS8．0软件进行单因素和多因素条件Logistic回归分析。结果：参与回归分析的有25个变量中，服避孕药的OR值为2．357、乳腺疾病史OR值为2．823，而服用蜂王浆等保健品对乳腺癌的发生没有影响。结论：服用蜂王浆等保健品没有对妇女乳腺癌的发生产生影响，减少服用避孕药和减少乳房疾病可以降低乳腺癌的发生。

Case-control study of association between breast cancer in women and use of royal jelly and other health foods |

| Abstract: | Objective: The objective of this study is to determine the association between breast cancer and the use of health food, especially royal jelly among women. Methods: Case-control study was used. 300 pairs of case and controls were invited to the study by filling a questionnaire. Results: No association was found between taking royal jelly and breast cancer. Among 25 selected variables, the use of contraceptive pill and the history of breast disease had a high OR with 2.357 and 2.823 respectively. Conclusion: The use of royal jelly has no effect on the development of breast cancer. It may decrease the incidence of breast cancer by decreasing the use of contraceptive pill and cutting breast diseases. |
