射频毁损后肝脏病理形态变化的动态观察

目的 动态观察射频毁损后不同时间段正常兔肝组织的超声声像图及病理形态改变，探讨射频毁损后超声声像图特征性改变的病理形态学基础。方法 对25只白兔分别于射频毁损后即刻、1、2、3、4周进行毁损区超声声像图、大体标本及病理形态观察。结果 射频毁损区不同时间段的超声声像图各具特征性改变。它们是因肝组织受射频波作用后发生不可逆转的凝固性坏死、汽化及继发性纤维性包裹、液化和钙化等病理变化所致。结论 肝组织经射频毁损后的超声声像图是毁损后病理改变的反映，也是射频治疗效应的可靠依据。

Dynamic observation of pathological changes of rabbit livers after radiofrequency ablation

Objective To investigate the pathological changes of rabbit livers after radiofrequency albation and their pathological basis.Methods With the aid of ultrasound,25 adult New Zealand white rabbits were subjected to 10 min radiofrequency ablation treatment in the target areas of their livers.After the treatment,25 rabbits were divided randomly and equally into 5 groups,and were executed at different time points (immediately,1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks,respectively).The ablation areas were observed by ultrasound and macroscopy.Moreover,tissue samples were taken to be examined under light microscopy.Results Ultrasonic image of these ablation areas at different time points had its own characteristics,which was caused by pathological reaction including irreversible coagulation necrosis,vaporization and secondary fibrous encapsulation,liquefaction,calcification that occurred in the rabbit livers after radiofrequency ablation.Conclusion The ultrasonic image of the rabbit livers after radiofrequency ablation was the reflection of the pathological changes,and also was the reliable reference of radiofrequency ablation therapeutic effect.
