| 摘 要： | 目的：考察盐酸吡硫醇在0．9％NaCl、5％GS、10％GS、5％GNS中的稳定性，判断其与发生静脉炎的相关性。方法：用上述4种溶剂配制浓度为0．04％的盐酸吡硫醇溶液。常温下放置0、0．5、1、2、4、6、8h，采用HPLC法测定其含量。结果：盐酸吡硫醇以上述4种输液稀释，并在常温下放置8h含量无变化。结论：盐酸吡硫醇与上述输液配伍，8h内含量稳定，与静脉炎发生无直接关系。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the stability of pyritinol hydrochloride in 0. 9% sodium chloride solution, 5% glucose solution, 10% glucose solution and 5% glucose and sodium chloride solution. To analyze the relation between phlebitis and the stability of pyritinol hydrochloride in infusion solutions. Methods: Pyritinol hydrochloride pulveres were dissolved in 4 kinds of solutions to make a concentration of 0. 04%. Concentrations in 8 h during staying at normal temperature were determined by HPLC method. Results: There was no change in concentration of pyritinol hydrochloride in above solutions. So these solutions were stable in 8 h. Conclusion: The phlebitis induced by pyritinol hydrochloride is not related to its stability in infusion solution. |
